Holiday Designer Bazaar!

This Week: Ins and Out Magazine, Queens TV Interview, Sewing Classes

This week is off to a great start.

The new Ins and Out Magazine will be out with a 12 page fashion spread photographed by my very own Rob Chatterson which features 4 pages of my beautiful pieces.

The Midoma Salon from the upper east side as always tagged teamed and created amazing hair styles that perfectly complimented the designs as well as the eye candy make up work by Natalia Egorova.  (Both Michael from Midoma and Natalia were part of the brilliant team of artists that were part of my latest Spring/Summer 2009 Look Book Shoot)

This Thursday, I will be interviewed on a local TV Show called "Hooked" sponsored by the Queens Council on the Arts.  Joining with me will be Virginia Mason-Martinez from Subdivision Boutique and Joel Visaard.  How Exciting!

Later on Thursday evening, I will be participating in a subterranean bazaar event in the Carroll Gardens (Brooklyn).  Prices will be hugely marked down for your shopping desires.

Lastly, I will be teaching a small class this Saturday in spirit of the holidays!

We will learn how to make my famous drawstring bags with pleats and buttons and a beautiful 16" square pillow with an invisible zipper for a removable cover.  For more information contact: studio@sumietachibana.com
